Responsible Gaming at 76JL
76JL covers real-money gambling, so we lead with the truth: it is entertainment spending, never an income plan. Here are the tools and free help lines every Filipino player should know.
Play by these principles
- You must be 21 or older to play at a PAGCOR-licensed casino.
- Only ever wager money you can afford to lose entirely.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start, not after.
- A 97% RTP game still keeps a house edge, the maths favours the casino over time.
- Chasing losses is the fastest way to turn fun into harm.
Tools built for control
PAGCOR-licensed operators provide account tools you can switch on yourself, without asking support:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
- Loss limits and session-time reminders
- Reality checks that interrupt long sessions
- Cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion
Where to get help
If your play: or someone else's: is causing harm, reach out. These services are free and confidential:
- NCMH Crisis Hotline: 1553 (landline toll-free) or 0966-351-4518
- Ask your operator's support team to action self-exclusion
- Bring in family or friends early, you do not have to handle it alone.
Money Coming and every other game on this desk are meant to be fun. If the fun stops, step away and use the tools above, they exist for exactly that.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I set a deposit limit?
PAGCOR-licensed casinos let you set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings, no need to contact support. You can lower a limit at any time.
What is self-exclusion?
Self-exclusion locks your account for a period you choose, from a short cool-off to a long-term break. Use it whenever you need distance from play.
Is there free help in the Philippines?
Yes. The NCMH crisis hotline (1553) is free and confidential, available 24/7. Your operator's support can also action self-exclusion immediately.
